		<description>Brilliant post!  This applies not only to teenagers but to young adults alike.  I think professional skills should be formally taught, they are disappearing fast.  If a candidate fails on one of these fundamentals, it&#039;s like a &quot;false start&quot;.  They never even get a chance to compete.</description>
